Return & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations (Before Dispatch)

Orders that have not yet been dispatched can be cancelled. For prepaid orders, the paid amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 working days (as per banking timelines).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • We take great care with packaging. If your order arrives damaged or you received an incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the outer packaging and the product(s) received.
  • You may choose a free replacement of the same item or a refund after verification.

Returns & Exchanges — Eligibility

We offer an easy return/exchange window of 2 days from delivery for eligible products. Partial returns are allowed (you can return one or more items from a multi-item order).

Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all seals, labels, barcodes, accessories, and any complimentary gifts intact.

How to Raise a Return/Exchange

  1. Contact us within 2 business days of delivery via the contact page with your Order ID and reason for return/exchange.
  2. Attach clear photos of the product and invoice (if applicable).
  3. We’ll arrange a pickup in 2–4 business days. Once the product is received and inspected at our facility, we’ll process a replacement or refund as applicable.

Inspection & Refund Timelines

  • Returns are accepted after verification at our warehouse.
  • Prepaid orders: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2–5 working days after we receive and verify the product. It may take an additional 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds are processed via bank transfer to the billing details you share over email within 2–4 working days after verification. Allow 5–7 additional business days for your bank to reflect the amount.

Returns Will Not Be Accepted If

  • The product is damaged due to misuse/overuse.
  • Original packaging, price tags, labels, barcodes, freebies, or accessories are missing or damaged.
  • The serial number/identifiers are tampered with.
  • Defects not covered under the seller/manufacturer’s warranty.
  • The product is used or altered.
  • The request is initiated after 5 business days of delivery.
  • The product was a free gift or complimentary item.
  • Personal care appliances / hygiene-sensitive items (for hygiene reasons).

For certain campaigns or mega sale periods, special return/exchange/refund rules may apply and will be mentioned on the relevant promotion pages/banners.

Partial Returns

You can initiate a return for one or more items from a multi-item order. Each returned item must meet the eligibility criteria above and be sent back in full, including any bundled or complimentary products.

Notes & Exceptions

  • We reserve the right to update this policy without prior notice.
  • This policy does not limit your statutory rights under applicable laws.
