Shipping Policy

Once an order has been placed and payment is received, we’ll ship your products to the delivery address you provided at checkout.
Please ensure your address details are accurate and complete. We aren’t liable for delivery issues caused by an incorrect or unattended address.
Processing & Delivery Timelines
- Dispatch window: Most orders ship within 1–4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Transit time: Delivery typically takes 5–8 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and courier serviceability.
- Sale periods: During high-volume events, dispatch may be slightly delayed. We aim to ship all sale orders within 4 business days of the order date.

Shipping Charges
- Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and cart value.
- Within India, we offer free shipping on orders above Rs 1,499. Orders below this threshold may incur a standard delivery fee.
Serviceability & Exceptions
- We deliver to most PIN codes/regions serviced by our logistics partners. Remote locations may experience longer transit times.
- If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or repeated failed attempts, it may be returned to us. We’ll contact you to arrange a reshipment (additional charges may apply).
